Every season a new set of tasks, reflections & insights. Embracing the circular nature, or what I like to think of as the spiraling nature of life we get to both re-visit the energy of each coming season while also moving forward towards the new life we are creating.

I do not prescribe to any one particular way of interacting with our homes and our energy because every person is unique and different and must unlock their own motivations.

Instead what I love to do with my seasonal workshops is get to the underlying questions, blocks, themes that might need unveiling, in order for us to clarify our energy and move with spirited action towards the life, home, energy we crave.
